Located in a recently renovated townhouse in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn, we are conveniently situated just

steps from 5th Ave restaurant row and shopping and 3 blocks from Prospect Park. We are also just a 5 min. walk to several

subway lines. Local attractions include; BAM, The Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Botanical Gardens.

We have several private rooms with private bathrooms available on a nightly basis as well as a private

floor through garden apartment.

All rooms have full private bathrooms, cable tv, wireless internet connection, small refrigerator, coffee maker ( coffee filters are provided ) and a microwave.

All beds are queen size. (Cots are available if needed).

Rates:

January - March : rooms with private bathroom are $150 per night. ( For 1 -2 people only ).

April - June: rooms with private bathroom are $160 per night. ( For 1 -2 people only ).

July - August: rooms with private bathroom are $155 per night. ( For 1 -2 people only ).

September - December: rooms with private bathroom are $160 per night. ( For 1 -2 people only ).

* Garden apartment : The apartment is approx 700 sq. ft. with a private entrance, full galley kitchen, living and dining area,

and private backyard garden. . There is one queen size bed and one queen size pullout couch.

Garden apartment occupancy is limited to 4 people maximum. There are no exceptions.

Rates: January - March: $190 per night for 1-2 people, $215 per night for 3-4 people.

July - August: $195 per night for 1-2 people, $220 per night for 3-4 people.

April - June , September - December: $205 per night for 1-2 people, $230 per night for 3-4 people.

* Above rates do not include state and local tax.

* ALL ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING.

Please note:

* Minimum stay is 2 nights.

* There are no refunds or discounts for early departure. Unless notice is given at least 2 weeks in advance customers are expected to pay the full amount of the reservation.

There is no 24 hr. desk We give you the keys and you're free to come and go as you please.

All linens are provided. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and french soaps. .

There is no breakfast provided but there are several cafes and coffee shops around the corner.

We are located in a 4 story townhouse. There is no elevator but since the entrance is on the stoop level

or second floor, it is only two short flights up to the 4th floor.

We accept : Pay Pal ( 2% surcharge ), Checks, all Major Credit Cards.

We require the first night's fee or 30% whichever is greater, as a deposit. The balance is due upon arrival by CC or cash only.

Cancellation policy ; If cancelled 1-7 days prior to arrival date the deposit is forefeited unless we are able to rerent the room.

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: the deposit is refunded, minus a $40 processing fee.

Check out time: 11:00 AM

**** There is an additional $20 fee for check in after 8:00PM
